Important Notes for Body Botox
- During procedures on the trapezius, calves, thighs, and forearms, muscle strength may be weakened, and a feeling of stiffness or weakness may last for 1–2 weeks. The immediate area may be slightly bumpy temporarily as compensation after the procedure, which will improve over time.
- Muscle weakness after the hyperhidrosis procedure may weaken the treated area, which may result in decreased secretion, but will improve over time.
- Bruising and swelling may last for about a week after the procedure, and you should avoid hot environments such as steam rooms or saunas and alcohol for about a week.
