Dr. Eraser Clinic Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Items of Personal Information Collected)

Dr. Eraser Clinic collects the following personal information to provide online consultations and membership-based services.

  • Items Collected: Name, password for viewing/editing, mobile phone number, email address
  • Identity Verification Items: Name, mobile phone number (verification), email (verification), accredited digital certificate
  • Collection Methods: Non-member post submission, completion of the membership registration form

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)

The collected personal information is used for the following purposes:

  • To accurately assess the medical condition and provide consultation responses
  • To provide membership services (appointment booking and consultations)
  • To conduct events and notify participants

Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

Dr. Eraser Clinic retains personal information even after a consultation is completed for the purpose of continued care. However:

  • After consultation completion: We take action upon your request to view, correct, or delete the information.
  • For event participation: Retained until the event ends.

Article 4 (Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information)

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purposes of collection and use have been achieved.

  • Destruction Procedures:
    1. Upon a written, phone, or email request, we verify the target information and destroy it immediately.
    2. If provided with a URL or the relevant personal information content, we will locate and delete it.
    3. For destruction, we may request submission of an identity verification document (e.g., a copy of the resident registration card).
  • Destruction Method: Electronic files are permanently deleted using an irreversible method.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

As a rule, personal information is not provided externally, except in the following cases:

  • When prior consent has been obtained from the user
  • When required by law or upon a request from investigative authorities

Article 6 (Rights of Users and Legal Guardians and How to Exercise Them)

Users and their legal guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information at any time. Until the request is processed, the information will not be used or provided, and we will notify any relevant third parties of the processing result.

  • Posts you created can be viewed, edited, or deleted directly using the password.
  • If you lose the password, contact the Privacy Officer.
