■ Notice on Prohibition of Unauthorized Data Collection

Dr. Eraser Clinic (the “Clinic”) contains materials that include personal information and information regarding public figures; therefore, unauthorized disclosure is strictly regulated. All content and posts of the Clinic are created using the Clinic’s resources, and any unauthorized use constitutes an act that damages or infringes the Clinic’s intellectual and material resources.

■ Restrictions

The Clinic’s image posts, articles, comments, and even minor design elements are used under licenses (paid or free) obtained by the Clinic. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Please note that in the event of unauthorized use, the Clinic may pursue civil and criminal liability and claims for damages.

■ Exceptions

Redistribution of press releases, notices, events, and reviews officially distributed by the Clinic is excluded from the above restrictions. However, depending on circumstances, reviews may be subject to takedown or injunctive relief under the Medical Service Act.
